TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you register online or by phone for the 4-day BTBC PMP® Training Course or the 3-day CAPM® exam prep boot camp you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Enrollment Fee: Full payment of the enrollment fee is due at the time of registration. You can pay by credit card, debit card, check, or wire transfer. We will reserve your seat when full payment has been made; however, if you choose to pay by check, your seat will not be reserved until your check has cleared. In the event a check is returned for insufficient funds, we will allow 3 business days for you to make full payment. An additional fee of $75 will be charged for each returned check.

We will accept payment from companies or other third parties only if such company or third party provides us with a valid Purchase Order containing acceptable payment terms and conditions; however, you are responsible for full payment of the class. Fees for all PMI provided CAPM and PMP exam prep course materials ($125) paid are non-refundable.

Class Cancellation Policy: 

BTBC Cancellation: We may cancel any class due to inclement weather, instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule a canceled class or make alternate arrangements to provide you with training. You may apply the amount paid to the re-scheduled class or another class available at another time. No refunds are offered for cancellations or rescheduling due to unforeseen or out-of-our-control situations.

Student Cancellation: We allow students to cancel their class registration any time 30 or more calendar days prior to their originally scheduled class date and receive a full refund, minus the cost of PMI provided CAPM and PMP exam prep course materials ($125) and a chargeback assessed at $100 administration fee. Fewer than 30 days prior to the originally scheduled class date, the registration fee is non-refundable; however, students may still take advantage of our rescheduling policy (See below)

Rescheduling Policy:

You may request to reschedule or change your class location free of charge if you do so 15 or more calendar days prior to your scheduled class date. We will work with you to honor your request as space allows. If you need to make a class change within 14 days of the class start date, a change fee of $250 will be assessed. If a change is requested on or after the first day of class, a $500 fee will apply (see No Show Policy below). 

Note: Rescheduling or cancellation of a class registration must be requested by email to info@beyondthebootcampi.com. For all registrants, this rescheduling and cancellation policy starts immediately after registration.

No Show Policy

Skipping 2 or more hours of a class or no show for the class results in forfeiture of course fees and voidance of any guarantees.

 Refund Policy: All refunds will be processed sixty (60) days after the date of the scheduled class end date and will not include the non-refundable $100 administration fee and the $125 fee for the PMI provided CAPM and PMP exam prep course materials (if applicable). All refunds will be processed in the form of a check and to the payer on record. A chargeback is assessed as a $100 administration fee.
